Nowdays, the rapid development of global Internet is making the resources of digital library richer. At present, majority of digital library can't provide information that users are interested in in the huge amount resources, especially, can't provide personalized information for different users.Personalized Information Service for Digital Library makes full use of customized information of users, and makes digital library provide different services for users who are characterized by different periods, different backgrounds, different purposes, thereby improves the quality of Digital Library 's service and the utilization ratio of resources.The thesis, according to the Beijing Municipal Education Commission technology development projects, is carrying out the Research and Application of the "Personalized Information Services for digital library", implementing the true sense of active,interactive,Personalized Information Services, also fully embodying of the main features of the third generation Digital Library.The main achievements in this thesis can be described as followings:1. Propose two models of identifying the knowledge field of users' interests. First, definiting the data of users' behavior through the model of "time series"and designing algorithm to excavate the fields of users' interests; Second, definiting the Web content that users access through the model of "VSM", making use of TF-IDF-IG algorithm to determine of the fields of users' interests according to the ratio of users' interests.2. Propose and design the model of "Knowledge-base of user's interests." First of all, analyse the basal principle and significance of the model, and then displayed the process of establishing "user interest knowledgebase model" from the centre of user's interested field, effective organization of information resources, establishment of information classification tree as well as rules of services and so on using Apriori improved algorithm of associated rules and Naive Bayes classification algorithm, to make user's interested information resources denote in the form of knowledge; Finally, simulated model using data.3. Design and implement the system of digital library personalized information service. The system based on actual needs, uses UML to analysis, makes use of MVC to functional design, and uses the current mainstream Web development framework J2EE system, which makes system have the merits of good flexibility, scalability and easy maintenance and so on.
