The digital revolution and the development of the internet have caused the globalization of economy trade and the spread of information. They also have made great impact on every aspect of the society. Enormous information is flooding into the internet, which supplies a powerful tool for the information service of the library, but at the same time, it also makes the inquiry and search of the information very difficult, especially for the new hunter on the net. The library should be customer-oriented, how to supply reliable and accurate information to the custom in time is the important issue facing the library now. The appearance of the personalization service system of digital library has partly solved the problem. Under the environment of digital library, the user's information demands are becoming more and more personalization, the development of the personalization information service is playing a strategic role in the survival and development of the library.The research of the digital library has been the important subject in the research field of library in the world today. How to offer the users more personalization service is the important issue facing every library and it is also the important aspect in the library research field. The personalization service is a kind of service which supplies the user with information and system function that can satisfy his personalization requirement based on the user's behavior , habits , characters of information and special requirement. The personalization service is the trend of information service in the future. My Library has been the representative of the university libraries in the USA and England which have been the pioneers of the personalization information service. What is my library? It is a system which supplies information service to the users according to the customers' personal characters by searching and collecting the information in libraries, and it is centered on the users, permitting the personal choice to be the interface. The development of personalization information service system of digital library in our country is relatively less developed, we can reach such a conclusion from the surveys of current available literatures and visits to the relevant libraries that there are still no relatively mature service system of My Library. As there is only the rudiment of personalization service of digital library, which can not satisfy the information inquiry demand of the users, compared with foreign research and practice in this field, ours are still less developed. On the other hand, along with the quick development of internet and e-commerce, CRM (Custom RelationshipManagement)system has been accepted and used by many corporations in and outside China, furthermore, it has been greatly improved and more and more mature. The companies analyze the consumers' information collected intelligently by using the CRM system, then supply the users personal service and win the consumers' loyalty finally realize the aim of most profits.Based on the analysis of current research of personalization service of digital library and research of CRM strategy used broadly in the companies, by linking the overwhelmed My Library information service system in the world universities' library, the thesis gives a different rough model of library consumer information service system compared with the one which is widely used today. In order to make sure the system can supply the accurate information service to the customer in time, the thesis is regarded as the digital library's registered users, the management of the relationship of administrators and users is especially taken into account, which is the limitation of the digital library today. In the application field, based on the current university's database, the clustering and association algorithm is the main method used in the thesis to mine the user's registered information, record of borrowing books and personal favorites. By analyzing and mining the customer's information and by describing the user's character and registered information with the customer information obtained, a precise customer interesting model is set up. At the same time, by analyzing and mining the customer's information, an efficient individual service can be supplied to the customers, so the user's time spent on the searching information on the net can be reduced. The system is demonstrated and every function of the system is validated in the last part of the thesis. The research and development of the individual information service system of university's digital library is roughlycompleted.By many restrictions, the thesis only discussed the original development of the system, how to mining the information on line hasn't been considered in the system, so there is still much work left for the system to be improved.
