Modern cement industry cannot develop without the computer information technology, applications from process control system of production process, to the enterprise resource planning system adopted in enterprise management, are computer technology. However, information cannot sharing well between these systems. With the guidelines of national policy, and under the drive of the rapid development of internet, cement industry need to strengthen the information construction, extracting useful information from the integrated data, to optimize the control of cement industry production process, as well as the management of enterprise operation.Cement Industry Optimization Remote Control System is a system that making the full use of network technology, eliminating the ’information silo’ phenomenon, turning information sharing pattern from centralized structure to distributed structure, gathering parts to whole, collecting and analyzing the data from every cement industry production process, further, concluding the energy consumption information and generating knowledge database, to optimize the control of cement production process. The system contains many subsystems, to accomplish a system like this needs prohibitive amount of work which require team work. This paper focus on the remote data acquisition and processing system, which is part of the whole system. This system is based on the.NET platform, multi-layer design, interface oriented programming and many design pattern consist of Singleton, Observer, Message and State Machine, and accomplished the following main work:(1) Firstly, this paper explains overview of cement industry, introduces the development history and present situation of cement industry information system, describes the platform of Cement Industry Optimization Remote Control System, analysis the requirement of data acquisition and processing system which is part of Cement Industry Optimization Remote Control System. Secondly, considering the actual requirements of this system, the overall design scheme of remote data acquisition and processing system is given, and divide the system into specific function modules with design and implement.(2) The runtime environment of this system using Microsoft’s Windows and.Net platform, development language is C# language, development environment using the Visual Studio 2012, database system is MS SQL Server 2012, using test-driven development as driven of the development process, solving the practical problem of system consist of the OPC communication, data caching, data compression, the design of database, data query / storage, computational expressions, remote monitoring, basic data report, data statistical analysis and so on.(3) This system is designed and implemented based on the actual conditions of a Building Material Group’s network structure and the software requirements, the development process abide by the practical principle, easy to use principle and stability principle of the industry software designing to ensure a flexible and extensible structure. System is finally deployed in a Building Material Group, this system is meet the needs of the system project, and has good effort in actual application.
