Shipbuilding industry occupies a very important position in China's industrial system.However,the shipbuilding industry is a high energy consumption industry,energy costs accounted for more than 2%~3%,rising year by year in energy costs,energy increasingly tense background,control of energy consumption is the main means to improve the competitiveness of shipbuilding industry.At present,most of the ship manufacturing industry in our country adopts manual meter reading,and the management of rough and crazy way,the error of energy consumption data is large,and the timeliness is poor.The ship manufacturing industry as the object,using networking technology,cloud computing technology and data mining technology,to achieve accurate,precise,real-time online data collection building energy consumption,energy consumption management service platform of ship manufacturing,analysis and statistics of energy consumption data,making energy consumption standards,real-time monitoring of energy consumption,to achieve energy saving and emission reduction the ship manufacturing industry;construction site with scattered design of intelligent distribution system.The research content of this paper includes main aspects as follows:First,this paper analyzes the problems of energy management in shipbuilding industry,and analyzes the reasons for the serious waste of energy consumption in the shipbuilding industry.Combined with Internet of things technology,the framework of public service platform for energy management in shipbuilding industry is determined.Then,the STM32 microprocessor based on ARM kernel is used as the main controller of intelligent power distribution pile system in shipbuilding industry.The hardware module driver and radio frequency identification,data information collection,data transmission and storage program are developed.In addition,the IntellJ IEDA 14.0.3 platform for the development environment,the design of the BS architecture of the shipbuilding industry energy management service platform,to achieve the ship manufacturing industry energy consumption query,statistics and analysis of management functions.Finally,According to the characteristics of energy consumption in shipbuilding industry,this paper uses wavelet neural network prediction method to analyze the energy consumption,and realizes the modeling and energy consumption simulation in Matlab.The design of intelligent power distribution pile system can realize the information exchange with the public service platform of energy management in shipbuilding industry.Easy for managers to grasp the details of the energy consumption of the construction site,to prevent the operation of a large area of high energy consumption equipment without operation.The system will automatic gather energy consumption on time,which can guarantee the accuracy of the data,to a certain extent,can eliminate some holes on the management,convenient managers statistical operating costs,and greatly improve the working efficiency.Furthermore,the application of large data mining technology to the energy consumption data analysis of ship manufacturing industry can provide accurate and reliable data support for the shipbuilding industry to develop energy-saving programs,and improve the comprehensive benefits of shipbuilding industry.
