The cement industry as a basic industry related to national economy and people's livelihood has made irreplaceable and positive contributions to the development of China's national economy and modernization,with the deepening of the supply-side structural reforms in the "13th Five-Year Plan" and " China Manufacturing 2025 ",the drive for innovation and the basic policy of green development.The cement industry as an energy-intensive and high-emissions industry urgently needs to combine advanced technologies such as current internet technologies and cloud computing technologies to reduce excess production capacity and accelerate green development.Cement enterprise intelligent control cloud platform can realize intelligent production of cement and overall coordinated control and optimization,the platform consists of four parts: data acquisition system,data fusion system,data management system and client system.This topic is an in-depth study of the data management system of the intelligent control cloud platform.Concerning the existing data management system in the cement industry which has an issue of “information islanding” and low integration and inefficient management of massive data then make research and design cement enterprise data management system on the cement group which has multiple plants.The main work of this article includes:(1)To make in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the cement intelligent control cloud platform,then determined to be divided into four systems,it also clarifies the structure and research content of each system.(2)To study the concrete production process of cement and analyze the data sources and summarize the characteristics of the data and determine the activities of various data to lay the foundation for the design of the database.(3)Through the comprehensive analysis of the data to determine the data storage model and make the overall design and detailed design of the cloud platform database and branch database.(4)Make research on the key technologies of the data management system in the implementation process and using data synchronization technology to achieve real-time synchronization of data from each branch database to cloud platform database to ensure the integrity and security of cloud platform data,simultaneously design and develop data synchronization monitoring module based on WEB and established a unified time base for cloud platform systems using network timing.(5)Using database performance optimization technology,we first optimize index from database index selection,fragment processing and fill factor;then,the maintenance of database space is done from the aspect of the changing characteristics of data space.and the synchronization performance is optimized from the data synchronization frequency,the breakpoint resumed and the synchronization job creation.Finally,the data access efficiency is optimized by the form of the partition table.In this paper,the overall design of the data management system under the intelligent control cloud platform of cement enterprise is completed in close combination with the data characteristics of the cement industry;and several key technologies have been seized to research.The contents of this paper have been put into practical application in a large cement enterprise and provided for the production,management and optimization of the enterprise with Stable,comprehensive and efficient data support to ensures the efficient operation of enterprises and improves the information level of enterprises.
