During the lifestyle of the product design and manufacturing process, how to achieve the product information exchange and sharing at the semantic level in a heterogeneous platform,which has become an urgent problem to solve. The existing research mainly focus on the semantic information exchange and sharing at the level of product geometry information,however,the research on exchange of product non-geometry information oriented about multi-level semantics has the problem of disunity in the aspect of semantic logic classification and semantic interactive operation. Therefore,this paper takes the product information exchange standard application protocol of STEP AP242 as a reference basis and proposes a model of multi-view semantics which is based on semantic meta,and studies the multiple views of the semantic association and the visual interactive method between the geometry information and non-geometry semantic information. The research work includes the following aspects:(1) We first analysis the defect of current product data description model.This paper put forward a multi-view semantic model(MVSM) based on product information semantic meta,which combined with OWL2/SWRL.The geometry information and semantic information of non geometry can be expressed unified.Analysis of the mapping rules between the OWL2 and multi-view semantic model,and expounds the matching association rules based on OWL2/SWRL.(2) According to the model of MVSM,the semantic meta of product information is established for the product information data of STEP AP242;the association rules of semantic matching among semantic meta and the implementation process is given.On this basis,this paper analysis the process of semantic multi-view semantic visua1 interaction between two-dimensional map and three-dimensional solid model,in the meantime,it implemented the analysis and extraction of semantic information based on the rules of SWRL.(3) On the basis of the above analysis,this paper has designed and implemented the prototype system based on WebGL.Elaborate the functional module of the prototype system andthe process of semantic interactive operation in detail,and take a part model as an example to verify the feasibility of the system.
