With the development of the web and informational extent in mobile phone field rapidly, so far the 1 information retrieval can't use the semantic of the web information, the low precision and recall are unavoidable, and conceptual formalism supported by an ontology is not sufficient for handling incomplete information confronted in real world knowledge.Under the background of current Semantic Web, the paper designs and implements a prototype system MPSSE, which includes resource collection module, semantic information description module, semantic information acquisition module, semantic reasoning module based on rough ontology with SWRL based on ontology, semantic information retrieval and output module. The system provides users with a new method to search information needed effectively.The main work includes:Firstly, the paper concentrates on studying two critical factors: ontology and Web Ontology Language(OWL). Besides, the paper elaborates the structure and grammar of OWL and the new concept of rough ontology combined rough set theory with ontology. Furthermore, the paper also introduces operational principle of SWRL and jess which lay the foundation of preparing the ground for establishment of domain ontology and realization of reasoning based on rough ontology.Secondly, the paper studies the application of rough set theory in the decision analysis, and proposes a kind of reasoning model combined knowledge analysis based on rough ontology with SWRL based on ontology. Ontology is expressed as rough ontology in this reasoning model which excavates the inner decision rules from information system and screens out the key rules with setting support and confident threshold to provide the simple and direct expression of knowledge for classifying mobile phone. Making use of SWRL combined Protege and jess, decision rules are changed into reasoning rules. These reasoning rules make semantic reasoning in domain ontology to describe the connotative information clearly, which provide intelligent retrieval based on reasoning rules services. Thirdly, the paper studies the inner structure of mobile phone ontology and defines the elements of mobile phone ontology for three types: concepts, properties of concepts and the relationship between concepts. Combining concept implication, property association, restriction and axiom of ontology forms a clear network structure and makes the semantic base of the whole system. The paper uses the Protege to set up a model and uses OWL ontology language to describe ontology formally.Fourthly, the paper explores the realization of semantic retrieval and achieves a semantic search engine based on ontology in the field of mobile phone using B/S mode, and compares with retrieval system Lucene based on keywords. The experiment shows that semantic search engine based on ontology improve the system's precision and recall rate effectively.
