| With the rapid development of the popularization of higher education, the scale of college students expands increasingly. Multi-campuses and multi-level schools have been very common. The students’ demands for accommodation are becoming increasingly diversified. How to satisfy the requirements of the complex apartment management and meet the personalized needs, especially help management department to solve the occupancy of the apartment and the problem of charge rate has become the key subject of the university apartment management information system. According to the practical needs in the management of college students apartment, this paper develops a management information system, and studies decision support for key problems. In this paper, the main work and achievements are as follows:1. Generalizes the main application technology such as Spring MVC, DWZ framework, especially analyses the association rules algorithm of decision support.2. The functions and processes of the system module are specified and designed based on the detailed analysis with the case analysis on university students’ apartment management needs. The concept model and relationship model of the database are given.3. The overall system architecture is designed and implemented with DWZ framework based on SpringMVC model. Elaborates the implementation process of the interface in each layer; Implements all kinds of statistics report output and flexible combination query functions; The accommodation management, charge management, and other key business model has been carried on the detailed design.4. On the basis of the analysis of system data, the system analyses the owing data with FP-Growth algorithm and the function of decision support has been designed and implemented.Research of this article solves the complexity of the demand in the management of student apartment and effectively improves the service ability and level of the management of university apartment. |
