Secondly, the requirement analysis of the system using the principle of the method of software engineering, in business analysis, this paper uses the UML modeling in the activity diagram drawing tool to analyze the original Zhejiang Institute of Commerce and Technology student apartment management system and the existing problems, after the student apartment management processes are traditional, student apartment management process is given after optimization in; functional analysis, use case diagram and package diagram to describe the occupancy management, system optimization after departure management, maintenance management, visitor management, access management, user management, log management and authority management function; in data analysis, this paper adopts class data structure management system of each student apartment is described, then given entity relationship analysis chart and the corresponding database table; finally, summary and outlook.
