Design And Implementation Of Science And Technology Project Novelty Retrieval And Achievement Evaluation System

How to make an effective method for the research projects novelty and the evaluation of the completed projects’ quality during the science projects approval process has been discussed and concerned over the years. And how to use the existing computer technology for this problem to provide the necessary help has already formed consensus. This thesis is devoted to providing a quantifiable report for the final audit staff when reviewing research project application materials. At the same time this system can check the similarity one by one between the concluding and application materials for the completed projects. And then it can give the advice for the audit staff. This system also can do the duplicate checking for the completed projects which is in the database trying to avoid the academic repeated study or the phenomena of Achievements fraud.This paper firstly introduces the background, status, main content and the significance of the research. It also talks about the main technology which is used for this system. Then it carries on the analysis from the functional requirements of the system. The system is divided into three functional modules. In the detailed designing processing, we carried out a detailed design on the database. We give the detailed design and implementation details of the system function and a part of source code. In addition, we test the system, showing the key functions’ interfaces of this system. Finally, on the basis of summing up the system, we discuss and look into the future for the system’s further perfection and improvementThis system uses B/S architecture, MySQL database, as the database management system and Struts+Hibernate+Spring framework and the MVC design pattern to develop the system, based on the basic requirements of scientific research project novelty and achievement evaluation. This system mainly implements the functions of the science and technology project novelty retrieval and achievement evaluation system, providing the function of projects novelty for researchers. It also provides the function for the audit stuff of checking similarity between the concluding and application materials for the completed projects and the duplicate checking for the completed projects. And then this system can improve the level of the management for the scientific projects and working efficiency for the scientific research projects novelty and evaluation.
