Design And Implementation Of Locomotive Equipment Information Management System

The development of science and technology promotes the improvement of informatization level of various industries. In terms of our company, due to the huge amount of locomotive equipment information, the traditional way of management is old and trouble-prone. Due to this problem, developing an effective and easily used information management system is at stake.This paper mainly analysed the requirements of the problem, and then specificated the functional requirements as well as the performance and security needs of every single functional module. After analyzing the demands, we designed the system architecture, network structure and database in detail through uml like flow diagrams and so on. The system is based on B/S and we used JSP to implement system modules including purchasing management, device information management, device stock management and device maintenance management. At last, we tested our system and the test results showed that the system meets the requirements of the original problem, reduces the cost of management and improves the efficiency at the same time.
