With the progress and development of China’s equipment manufacturing technology, the application of advanced oil drilling equipment is more and more widely. Therefore, scientific maintenance of oil equipment and the management of equipment lubrication are indispensable. Undoubtedly, the management automation and high efficient monitoring management mechanism are widespread attention.Lubrication station is the distributing centre of lubricating and managing equipment. It is a kind of specialized functional departments to be responsible for managing lubricating oil equipment work of the region and the department. It includes the stockpile, providing, quality of the lubricating oil; and the management and monitoring of the lubrication service, etc. The current oil lubrication station adopts manual filling oil, the maintenance of the equipment is not strong enough, modern management technology in the lubrication station control system didn’t get the full application, data records for workers tend to lead to bigger error, and oil filling process is more complicated. Therefore, the whole system work efficiency is low, not only hinder the improvement of production efficiency, and do not dapt to the modern management requirement. In view of above deficiencies, lubrication station control system based on radio frequency identification technology and fieldbus technology, combined with database system is established in this paper. The main research content is as follows:1. In view of the present oil lubrication station control system using the RS- 485 bus exist deficiencies, the paper show that a new control system is established, which adopts the CAN bus as the communication basis of the whole control system and USB-CAN converter connects computer and radio frequency card reader.2. In order to achieve the above system, I study and research the internal structure, technical parameters, and communication protocol of radio frequency card reader and USB-CAN converter; the working principle and advantages of CAN bus. In the control system, take the USB- CAN converter as the hardware part of data acquisition, and CAN bus as communication bus control system support.3. Use VB6.0 and configuration software Web Access as part of the whole system software support. Write a card reader procedures and data transmission procedures under the environment of VB6.0, and establish the corresponding project on lubrication station system in the configuration software Web Access, and draw filling process flow chart and the man-machine dialogue interface to achieve simulating the actual working process.4. Web Access own database or external database can achieve the purpose of storing data, and then reach the purpose of the credit card information display, refueling operations, refueling records, data storage and other automation.
