In view of the status quo of the lubrication oil station automation to monitor equipment input system is blank, the thesis develops monitoring equipment input System of the Central station for large-scale oil lubrication. It applies single-chip and its interface technology, radio frequency identification technology, fieldbus technology and serial communications technology, and so on.The system comprises two parts, i.e., reader and conversion modules. They are all adopted AT89C52 which is fully compatible with the MCS-51 single-chip as the main controller. Including 8KB flash and 256 bytes of RAM, AT89C52 provides a guarantee of stable operation for the system. Instead of the use of contact swipe card, radio frequency identification technology as the advanced transmission of information media is used to avoid some questions, such as longer reaction time, shorter service life and easier to wear etc. The thesis introduces the method about the reader antenna's design, and uses TI's RI-R6C-001A as a reader chip. Choose CAN bus multi-machine communications which can work with multiple master-work forms, to prevent a node's errors from leading to paralysis of the entire system problems. the human-machine interface which is made of 128×32 dot-matrix Chinese LCD graphic display module and 4×4 matrix keyboard improve the system operable. Communications is achieved between readers with computer by use CAN/RS-232 conversion module to converse protocol. The thesis firstly applies radio frequency identification technology and CAN bus technology to monitoring equipment input system. The system uses a good human-computer interaction interface. The implementation of the quick refueling processes which can be achieved by swiping card. Practice proves that this input system's advantages are run stability, reliability, transferred data faster, easier management. The system can meet the needs of oil lubrication station.
