With the development of society and economy, people enjoy the material life, but also take the pursuit of a quality of spiritual and cultural life on the agenda. In recent years, the number of TV entertainment programs is increasing, but the quality of program is uneven.The limited entertainment order isseud by State Administration of Radio Film and television gives those program a punch. The limited entertainment order demands the entertainment weekly broadcast shall not be more than three times in 17:00 to 22:00 from 2011 July. The limited entertainment order upgrades again on October 12, 2013. The TV can introduce the foreign copyright mode less than 1, while the national TV singing class program must retain up to 4 at most in each year. This is a serious blow undoubtedly for the TV which is major based on entertainment program.But on the other hand, the limited entertainment order also forces the TV media to improve its business operation and management mode, stimulate the transformation of media platforms and innovation speed.Based on this, this paper chose the typical representative of TV media which is more successful in operation and management-- Hunan satellite TV as the research object. The paper analyzes in detail from three aspects including diversified development strategy, internal management mode and operation mode under the limited entertainment order. Also, the paper discusses the problems and related countermeasures in the current business operation mode of Hunan satellite TV. Finally, the paper summarizes and sublimates to the universal significance of the television media business model in accordance with the law from the individual to the general, in order to provide reference for the development of China’s TV media.
