Current electronic manufacture equipment with high performance are mostly imported from foreign countries. Equipment imported are, on one hand, very expensive. On another hand, the key technologies of the equipment are mastered by the foreign suppliers, which is not favorable to the development of the basic industries in our country. It is necessary for us to research into the key technologies of the electronic manufacturing equipment in hopes of realizing the domestication of the relevant equipment.This thesis firstly introduces the development and current research situation of the motion control system of electronic manufacturing equipment, and then introduces a general motion system researched in this essay, including the design of the main driving system, working system, visual inspection system and the matching software system of the controller and human-computer interface selected. In the end of the essay it provides the simulation results of the software.This paper mainly studied on the following questions:The analysis of the important parameters of motor selection. Motor is the driving source whose selection is depended on the technique data needed by the experiment including the difference between the servo motor and the stepper motor, the toque and inertia data.The design of the main driving system. As the general motion control system of the electronic manufacturing equipment, the main driving system needed to be designed considering all kinds of electronic manufacturing equipment including the chip mounter, dispenser and engraving machine, etc. Attention must be paid on the actual needs of accuracy control, trajectory planning and etc.Work head design. Work head is the key technology of one electronic manufacturing equipment. This essay takes the placement head as an example to introduce the working principles of the double placement and the design scheme in this experiment. Transformation of coordinates. In the technology of visual inspection, the mounting coordinate is determined by transformation of the base coordinate, camera coordinates and substrate coordinate.Trajectory planning. This essay studies the programmable logic controller (PLC) programming language-the ladder diagram and G code and completes the trajectory planning by them.
