Design And Implementation Of The Overall Remuneranon Oursourced Operations Model Based On SaaS Platform

The Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO), especially the overall payroll outsourcing (0P0), is developed at top speed in recent years. But nevertheless there is almost not a suitable product for the OPO business in the market at present. In practical work of the Human Resources Business enterprise is faced with lots of problems because of lack of software technical support. To solve these problems, this paper proposes to construct an overall payroll outsourcing operating platform (OPOOP), which is based on SaaS service model. In addition, this paper presents the planning and design of the platform.Firstly, this paper analyzes actual problems of the OPO business. Now the main contradictions are embodied in following three respects: scattered datum", " hard expansion of system information ", "high maintenance cost". According to analysis of the characteristics and application scenarios, the feasibility of the technology SaaS into the OPO business is demonstrated. Overall payroll outsourcing operating platform, which based on SaaS service model is a good solution for above three problems. The Platform is easy to use by HR BPO service providers and clients and it can also meet the needs of different applications.Secondly, according to above three main contradictions of the overall payrall outsourcing business, This paper proposes some coping tactics and concrete solutions. On the platform the functional modules are designed and the business processes are re-planned. Also, This paper analyzes several commonly data models in SaaS and selections the most suitable data model for the OPOOP. And this paper still introduces the realization of some typical functions in the OPO business in detail.Finally, the paper summarizes the running effect and plans the future construction for the OPOOP. And the value of the platform in HR BPO industry is also introduced.
