Design And Construction Of Mobile Clinical Nursing System Based On IOS

The traditional clinical nursing work mode has been unable to meet the increasing demand. On the one hand, the workflow is redundant; on the other hand, kinds of documents are too much. Through establish the mobile nursing system, we can optimize the nursing work mode, reduce the nurses’ workload. The nursing management will control nursing quality more efficiently and concisely. So, to build a flexible, easy to use, mobile nursing system is the trend of each hospital.This thesis first discusses the background and status of the current domestic hospital nursing informatization construction, and the importance for build mobile nursing system is described in detail. Next, it describes the major part of the system, as well as the function and performance requirements, and expounds both of the logical architecture and physical architecture of the system. The view layer, data interface layer, business logic layer, and data synchronization layer were described in detail, too.The view layer is made up of iOS App "Mobile Nursing" part and PC "Nurse Work Station" part. They need to send HTTP request to the data interface layer which is as an API service to call API to run the business functions in business logic layer. The interface layer supply the API calling service as a PHP website which mainly is used to receive the HTTP requests from view layer, and call the business logic to deal with the data due to the API view layer send, and finally it return the result value of the business logic layer to view layer. The data synchronization layer is mainly used to synchronize data from hospital HIS system to mobile nursing system, and the medical advice will be split to tasks which can be executed by nurses at the same time. The MVC thought is adopted in the hierarchical model system to release the coupling among the view, business and the data. This method reduces the difficulty of the development and maintenance, and makes the architecture of the system clear and easy to be understudied.By implementing the mobile nursing system, the hospital can change the working mode, and optimize workflow, in order to improve the whole efficiency of the hospital clinical nursing work, reduce the nurse workload, accurately calculate the nurses’workload, and make the document of the ward in a paperless management process. At the same time, for hospital nursing management, they can better monitor the real-time state of nursing, be wide range of improving the quality of nursing, and reduce medical disputes.
