| At present, the domestic large and medium-sized hospitals basically completed the construction of the hospital information system(HIS), the application of hospital information system to make important contributions to the development of modern hospital, however, with the continuous development of hospital business and the growing demand for the patient, hospital information system still has many deficiencies.for example, Hospital informationization application only extends to the ward nurse workstation, and between the sick-room and the nurse workstation information collection is still done by manual, this way of working is not only caused by medical staff workload big, prone to errors and information collection. In order to solve the problem of hospital informatization extension, this thesis studies how to move data terminal equipment(PDA) through the computer technology will ward automation and information collection between the nurse workstation.Project development in affiliated hospital of fujian medical university nursing work the actual business situation as the background, purpose is to understand the workload of medical staff, reduce the medical work accidents, save hospital funding costs,improve the working efficiency of the nursing staff. After fully research hospital care business demand, according to the characteristics of the system application and the actual working situations, the system decided to adopt the design of the B/S structure mode, the client use the mobile data terminals, the server hardware is composed of small computer equipment and network equipment, through PDA devices hospital existing wireless network fast access to the server management system. System development mainly use the technology to have a PDA wireless network technology,computer technology, database technology, RFID technology, middleware technology and mobile computing technology. System development process using when the flow of the most popular C#.net language, background database using SQL Server 2005.The system design is divided into client and server in two parts, the server side is mainly built and deployed network running environment, to ensure the normal operation of mobile nursing information system. Mobile station side refers to the use of PDA(hand-held mobile data terminals) device access server-side mobile nursing information system, also can use a PC to access the server system. Main functions of a mobile PDAdevices on the functions of information inquiry, information entry, wristbands barcode scanning function and formulary information input and implementation, including the query function is the main function of information, including basic information query,the doctor’s advice, information query, inspection report query, vital signs query, single query operation arrange query and consultation, etc. |
