| Mobile nursing information system of hospital information system based on extension of the nursing service sector, with characteristics of high mobility, business data real-time processing, the characteristics of highly effective, which can effectively improve nurses working efficiency, reduce nursing errors, strengthen the quality control and scientific management, it is the product which derive from traditional medical information system, combined with advantages of wireless communication technology.This thesis makes use of the opportunity of information construction of Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital. With the rule of combination with system practice and business, it begins with the need of users. It states the design of mobile nursing system and analyses the factors which may impact on the use of system in the design process. Firstly, the thesis raises the discussion of the pertinence and independence of system construction by analyzing the development situation of mobile nursing system at home and abroad. Through the hospital’s business, architecture, network environment and other aspects of modeling and combing, for the system requirements to fully demonstrate analysis. Then combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the system is designed from three aspects of the system architecture, network structure and logical structure, and the design ideas are analyzed and discussed. To order management module as an example, the realization of the code describes detailed design by system modeling, database design, part of the code on the detail design. Finally the reflection on the problems encountered in the process of design and implementation, to sum up the entire mobile nursing system, and the prospect of future system.After period of the practice of the system, it proves that the mobile nursing information system in a certain extent reduce the pilot wards nursing staff workload, and lead to greater improvement for the quality of the pilot wards nursing management. |
