It is the prerequisite to realize the closed-loop control in angle position and accomplish the program tracking for the radar’s servo-tracking system to obtain the targets’real-time and high accuracy angle measurement. This paper presents a scheme which are based on PCI bus to acquire the real-time result of the targets’ angle position on the hardware platform of IPC.This scheme could directly deliver the radar’s real-time result in angle position to IPC through the PCI bus. And it have the greate superiority compared to the traditional ISA or serial communication interface in data transmission.This paper elaborates on the designs and implementations of the high-precision IRIB-B code modem card and the rotary encoder card based on PCI bus.It is introduced that the implementation and key design of the PCI interface circuit. And compares and analysis of some rotary-to-digital converter compents are given. Finaly, this paper presents the scheme of the track-angle measurement system, and the angle accuracy was tested. It provides a guarantee for the software’s implementing that the program tracking alogrithm are being analyzed and derivated.Papers in the final, the research and results are being summed up and some problems needed being solved in the future are pointed out.
