Research And Implementation Of University-oriented Research Information Statistical System

Along with the increase of scientific research in colleges and universities and scientific research level of ascension, the scientific research data is increasing; With the development of social informatization, the demand of real-time operation and sharing of information to the people becomes more and more urgent. Relying on artificial, Excel, Word and other office softwares to deal with is the traditional working methods that cannot meet the need of the current scientific research management. Information management becomes the general trend of information management of scientific research in universities. The rapid development of Internet and computer technology provides the implementation basis for the digitization and networking of scientific research management work. In this background, this paper will implement a university-oriented scientific information statistical system which is based on the scientific management of the University of Jinan demand background, in order to solve the current statistical problems in the process of scientific research management.In this paper, I caputure requirements through on-the-spot investigation; I describe the requirements from different angles and use the E-R diagram, case diagram and other tools to describe the demand analysis use; I complete the summary of design with the function structure diagram and other tools; I complete the detailed design from several aspects, such as functional description, relates to the data table, the business logic and so on, and finally use the Java language for system implementation. This system depends on the process of development of software engineering, with the aid of the Spring, Struts, Hibernate enterprise development platform. The background relys on Java language and interface relys on JSP technology and JQuery, EasyUI, use the database relys on the MySQL. The user access the network. Finally completed a set of based on B/S mode for university-oriented statistics system of scientific research information, the system includes project information module, the achievements of science and technology information module, the project funds information module, auxiliary information module and system module, etc.At present, the system has been deployed on the Tomcat server.In the campus LAN, with the help of the browser people can directly to the scientific research information management operations. The use of the system can reduce the burden on the staff, strengthen the information exchange and sharing between departments, improve work efficiency and information utilization.
