With the development of economy and culture and the improvement of national cultural quality,more and more people begin to pay attention to the development of scientific and technological information.Individuals or enterprises have gradually changed the way of development from tradition to relying on science and tecehnology.The development of sc ience and technology is fast,and the information of science and technology is changing rapidly,In today's Internet information age,people's acceptance of scientific and technological information is not limited to traditional classrooms and books,On the contrary,acquiring scientific and technological information from the Internet has become a more convenient and faster way.The scientific information automatic tracking management system studied and implemented in this paper is to obtain relevant information through the tracking and monitoring of user-specified Internet technology information.Through systematic analysis and processing,it helps users to grasp the latest trends and news hot spots of scientific and technological information,track the focus of information that has been discovered,automatically generate network information briefs,and timely obtain first-hand information on scientific and technological information.The system performs detailed requirements analysis according to the requirements of software demanders.The overall framework of the system is designed according to the requirements.The system is mainly divided into two major modules,an information acquisition and analysis module,and an information management module.In the detailed design part of the system,the users of the system are first divided into roles and the authority is formulated.Then the system is further divided into modules,which are mainly divided into intformation collection and processing,information analysis,information statistics,briefing management,and information services.Module in the process of system implementation,I studied the WEB information acquisition technology and WEB information extraction technology firstly.Based on Python language,combined with HTTP protocol,WEB development technology and multi-threading technology,a web page data parsing engine for various types of web pages is designed and implemented.Secondly,I studied the text keyword analysis technology.Through the study of TextRank algorithm,the extraction of text points information is realized by me.Finally,combined with PHP language,database technology,WEB front-end technology,I realized the various functional modules of the system.The scientific information automatic tracking and management system studied and implemented in this paper has been put into normal use as a subsystem of the science and technology project called"Scientific Instrument and Equipment Collaboration Service Platform"of a certain unit in Beijing.Compared with the traditional way of manually acquiring scientific and technological information,the system not only can automatically acquire scientific and technical information and follow-up tracking according to the user's designation,but also can accurately analyze the acquired hotspot information.The system greatly improves the efficiency of obtaining scientific and technological information and achieves the system's expected goals.
