Analysis And Design Of Management Information System Of Industrial Economic Information Statistics Report In Ximeng County Statistics Bureau

With the development of global economy, the management of government is affected by the information technology to a great extent. The regional comprehensive competitiveness can be measured and compared through the degrees of information development. E-government affairs play an essential role in the process which the government bureau is heading towards the modern management. It can promote the objectivity of decision-making and the transparency of government management.E-government system should be designed according to some specific areas, and the differences exist in diverse industries. Concerned with the development of industry, government departments are piled up with so much heterogeneous data. When the research staff is trying to integrate the system, they will confront a lot of emergent problems including information-sharing, non-uniform system integration, etc. In fact, the system integration should be considered in advance. In procedure of improving the established system, the demanding of system integration should also be concerned in the future. At the present stage, the development of E-government is limited by some problems of data island and work flow which we should improve a lot. When all of these bottlenecks are successfully solved out, the E-government can really step into the long-term development.This paper is going to discuss the E-government affairs in Ximeng County to illustrate some existing problems in E-government progress. According to the research, there are a lot of problems in the process of reporting statistical data in this department such as process redundancy and low efficiency of information transmission. Furthermore, when the County Economic and Trade Bureau collects the statistic data, the information among the township economic development offices, the grassroots units and itself cannot be shared efficiently. With time passing by, it produces a lot of data redundancy. In such situation, the information-sharing efficiency cannot be improved and it will waste a lot of human resources, posing a serious impact on effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making in relevant industrial and economic bureaus.In terms of the above problems, this paper is trying to offer a new solution which is a B/S system which based on a. NET Framework. This solution is going to frame the E-government affairs, for example, design and analyze the economic statistic system in Ximeng County Economic and Trade Bureau. First of all, we will establish the integrated work flow which censuses the reported data, dealing with the problem of non-uniform economic statistics. And the data storage should be also modified and unified, because the old system made the great barrier to the data-sharing.This paper aims to research the problems of work flow and data-sharing, offering some available solutions and making the system of data-reporting and data-sharing improved a lot. The previously designed destinations will be achieved. Meanwhile, this will build a solid theoretical foundation to the long-term advancement of this reporting system.
