In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s aerospace industry, aerospace test-launch task has become more and more tend to be high-density, high-precision, high-risk and difficult to coordinate, which makes the launch centre to face higher requirements for the test-launch task, operators need a convenient and fast way for test-launch training, commanders at all levels need to further improve their ability of organization and command, in order to enhance their test and launch capabilities; Meanwhile, computer distributed simulation technology has become more and more mature, and the protocol for simulation training has been develop completely. Hence, building a integrated system using HLA(High Level Architecture) to solve the simulation training for the aerospace test and launch mission, becomes the related aerospace department’s focus of their next phase of work.This paper takes a state-funded project as the issue background, takes a satellite launch center as the actual object of study, and meticulous analysis the entire test-launch task, which achieved three schemas based on HLA/RTI for aerospace test and launch training simulation, free combination mode, sub-system and whole-system integration mode and free phases choice mode. The system also has been added the malfunction-exclude mode, the examine-assess mode and learning mode, all these new features achieved a new method for integrated simulation training.First, the paper will expound the background of this issue, analysis and obtain the research purpose and current situation of this kind research domestic and abroad. Second, combine with the actual demand of test-launch task, this paper chosed the HLA technology as the main Architecture. Then this paper discusses the base theories of HLA. Combining the fact of launch centre, this paper make a distinction between times in HLA emphatically. Baseing on the above study, this paper penetrate into the time management service of HLA, and achieve the improvement of HLA in application through experimental analysis, and made the technical preparation for the actual development. After, this paper digged the test-launch demands which are related to HLA, unified the issue’s design principles, and obtain the functional modules which are ought to be implemented by HLA. Then this paper abstracted the corresponding HLA federates, and implemented the data encoding format and data storage which are used by HLA interaction. According to above analysis, this paper used VR-Link complete the interactive classes and develop the interaction classes and built a complete communication system between all the HLA federates. On the basis of the original technology of HLA, this paper achieveed the efficient solution of HLA network communication, gave the network congestion control for HLA message, and then derived various training modes. Baseing on the original system, and facing the new demands, this paper made large quantity improvements. Finally, this paper enumerated the test for each module, summaryed of the system from the advantages and disadvantages embodied, and achieved the innovations and future works.This paper successfully solved the above problems, and we developed a system for test-launch integrated simulation training, which has been deployed and accepted by the relevant departments. The system completely achieves the design requirements, and ensures the appropriate training needs effectively.
