| In order to make the students have strong vocational skills in the future employment,the development of higher vocational colleges based on the combination of work and study must be the general trend.However,with the development of the higher vocational colleges based on the combination of work and study,the corresponding traditional training management system can not satisfy the new practice mode.Therefore,it is necessary to have a training management system which can meet the needs of students.Towards the teaching features of the combination of work and study,we adopted the object-oriented designing method to develop the practical training management system based on J2 EE,Java programming language and SQL database.Firstly,we highlighted the background of the practical training system and the status quo of the practical training system at home and abroad.At the same time,we expounded the main work involved in the design and development of the system.Secondly,we clarified the basic knowledge and technical route of the practical training system.Thirdly,according to the established technical route,the system overall demand and system role were analyzed.At the same time,the main function of the system was divided and the corresponding functional requirements was also analyzed.Fourthly,according to J2 EE design framework,we used Java programming language and SQL database technology to implement the practice training system.Lastly,we designed the sustematical functional tesing case and nonfunctional testing case to test the system.On one hand,the training and practice system towards the combination of work and study can help the enterprise and college to improve the management effectiveness of hunman resource.On the other hand,it shows the feasibility of the technical route proposed in this paper,which has the guiding significance for the design and implementation of the training and practice system towards the combination of work and study. |
