Heterogeneous aerospace network is an integrated communication system, which covers a wide range, lasts for a long time. It not only can greatly promote the development of national economy, but also has important strategic value in national defense construction. In the heterogeneous aerospace network, the link connection is unstable, the propagation delay is long, and the BER is high, so the TCP/IP protocol of the traditional terrestrial network is not applicable to the heterogeneous aerospace network.In order to meet the needs of the construction of heterogeneous aerospace network, According to the concept of interplanetary network(IPN), researchers have proposed the delay tolerance network (DTN).DTN is a message-oriented overlay network, which introduces the Bundle layer between the application layer and the transport layer. The DTN has a store-and-forward mechanism, which makes it suitable for the heterogeneous aerospace networks. However, this transmission mechanism will take up a lot of storage resources, resulting in network congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to study the congestion control mechanism of the heterogeneous aerospace network.In this paper, the congestion control mechanism of DTN-based heterogeneous aerospace network is studied. At first, the development of DTN and heterogeneous aerospace network is introduced, and the DTN congestion control technology is investigated. Based on the features of multi-layer satellite network, the congestion control technology of interval node prediction is proposed. This strategy divides the spacecraft into the backbone node, the common node and the temporary node,taking full account of the storage resource and energy usage status of the node, and ensures the data transmission in the connection window. The data packets are prioritized. High-priority packets are transmitted through common nodes, while low-priority packets are transmitted through the temporary nodes. Finally, the ONE is used to verify the effectiveness of the congestion dynamic control technology.
