With the rapid development of Chinese aerospace industry, especially in the continuous advance of manned space project, the command and organization of space launch task, operation quality of testing and launching, capability of measurement and control are demanded in a greater level. Because of the scarcity of real equipments and training system, the training for space launch could not be initiated effective. These restricted the improvement of synthesis testing ability and transformation to combat capability. The development of simulation, particularly the modern distributed simulation and virtual reality technology, provides a viable way to achieve training for space launch under informationization.Base on the requirements mentioned above, the research and general design of the system was confirmed. Aim at integration training of test and launch, measurement and control, command and communication, adopting the distributed simulation technology, mathemetical simulation technology and visial simulation technology, breakthrough the connect technology between real equipments and digital simulation system, The simulation and training system for space launch which include real equipments and mathemetical simulation system were developed. The integrated training system could provide virtual training apparatus for testing and launching operation, and provide simulation target for measurement control and tracking.Firstly, we analysed the function of the system, confirmed the Constitutes of the simulation system as well as the function of the modules. Combined with the theory of HLA, We put foward the hierarchical structure of the training system based on HLA/RTI, which include real equipments and mathemetical simulation system. Secondly, according to the requirements for training, the system structure and modeling method of the rocket test, launch and flight, measurement and control were dicussed. Finally, this paper expounded the system integration method and key technologys.At present, the first stage development of simulation and training system has achieved. The puzzle of space launch training has been solved and the target of the general design has realized.
