Pressure vessel products are pressure container equipment, belong to the special equipment in China.Pressure vessel products are mostly single rooms, small batch custom manufacturing, and product design generally completed by a qualified institute, it has a high degree of standardization of the characteristics of accessories, and each department should be in accordance with the production process closely. Most of small and medium pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises in our country are lack of sufficient attention to product manufacturing process management, because of the limited level of information, so that production cannot be timely and effective information transfer, resulting in loose management and management technology is weak, so as to increased costs and low efficiency.In this paper, the characteristics of a large pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises in Lanzhou production features carried on the thorough research and analysis, a detailed analysis of the company’s existing production processes, summarizes the existing problems in current production and put forward the model of product management system suitable for enterprise own characteristic. Because accounted for a large proportion of the welding procedures of the industry in the production process, in order to make a more rational production planning, production efficiency improvement, get shorter completion time, the paper in-depth study of the welding tasks sorting algorithms- greedy algorithm, and put forward the model of task similarity based problems, and realize the application of greedy algorithm in sorting algorithm. Then the text introduces the B/S architecture system design, and the design of the system database through SSH2 based J2 EE development platform framework, realizes to the system model.Finally the paper shows some interface functions of the production management system.
