In recent years, Software as a Service (SaaS) has become the current popular research spot. SaaS is a new software delivery model. SaaS software suppliers deploy the developed applications to corresponding sever and provide the software and service to the user through internet. The tenants customize services according to their own needs and paid for them on the basis of the quantities and time.As SaaS software is not developed for specific tenants, it should provide some personalized customized services to meet the requirements of different tenants. How to provide flexible and effective personalized customized service has become a core problem SaaS software faced.This paper studies the problem of SaaS software customization, and proposes a independent of application personalized customized project.This project provides the platform-level personalized support, clear-to-developer personalized service and personalized information tiered storage and override default. This project will make the personalized support of SaaS into a kind of inner ability and so as to make the software which developed based on SaaS model to support various personalized requirements.This paper analyzes SaaS personalization problems with interface personalization, function personalization and data personalization, and on this basis, puts forward the functional requirements of personalized customization.This paper puts forward a project of SaaS software personalized customization service. This project divides personalized customization service into interface personalization, function personalization and data personalization three parts. Then this paper achieves detailed design and database design of personalized customized project.This paper describes the specific realization of interface personalized customization, function personalized customization and data personalized customization.Last, this paper introduces an application of customization service SaaS platform to test and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of research results. The result of practical performance of SaaS platform shows:the above-designed personalized customized project will make the users customize their own interface, create personalized systems, select function modules according to their own needs and customize data in accordance with their needed data.
