As the rapidly changing environment of today’s global economy,China’s telecom industry restructuring makes more intense competition inthe industry. So many environmental changes brought great challengesand opportunities to China Mobile and its competitors. China Mobilemake every effort to enhance its capacity responding to the environmentalchanges from all aspects. In response to changes in the market and by thesprite of being the ’first-class operation support system’ at invincibleposition in the competition, Tianjin company of China Mobile attachesgreat importance to the requirements and service from all the marketpartners. From the IT support、operational and financial points of view,it demands that Tianjin company of China Mobile realizes the electronicmanagement of Partners settlement process step by step as planned. Inthis case, the remuneration management platform generated, based on theagent channels remuneration calculated and paid fully electronicmanagement.The man who controls channels, controls the ’world.Only controlthe channel information, the communication operators can better controlthe funds, production, logistics and marketing plans. In the process ofmarketing and management, social channels appear in a discretedistribution, and data that can reflect the quality of the social channelsdevelopment also scattered. By making a scientific judgment about theaccurate remuneration data analysis, is the basic premise of a rapidreaction to the market. So,from the information support of channel remuneration management, IT center of Tianjin company of ChinaMobile, has made a series of basic transformations in recent years: makevarious channel remuneration policies included into system managementto reduce human risk; build the remuneration management platform,integrate the advantages of BOSS and BI,set up data synchronizationmechanism; realize the timeliness and accuracy of data, improve thesocial channel cooperation viscosity by building an initiative servicesupport System, enhance the ability of channel management and controlof Tianjin China Mobile by data accuracy and display dimensions。This paper focuses on the building background of the remunerationmanagement platform from early2010, architecture and realization of theplatform, how to realize the electronic process management of allchannels from the IT support、operational and financial aspects, and howto create the long-term mechanism of continued cooperation between thepartners with China Mobile.
