The enterprise personnel management system is an integral part of the businessmanagement. It is very important to the decision makers and the managers of theenterprise, because it can provide the decision makers and managers a lot of informationand query methods. But many companies have long used the traditional manualmethods to manage the enterprise personnel information files. These traditional manualmethods have many disadvantages, for example, it is inefficient and unsafe. Over aperiod of time, this traditional method can result in a lot of files and information data. Itwill be difficult to query, update and maintain the personnel information using thetraditional method.The research subject is based on the functions of the existing IT enterprisepersonnel management system. Combining with computer and related knowledge, suchas multimedia technology, database technology, information management systemknowledge and so on, a set of IT enterprise personnel management system forDongying District is developed in this research subject. According to DongyingDistrict’s IT enterprises’ actual situation, the system makes use of the computertechnology to manage the information of the enterprise personnel. It improves theefficiency of searching the information, updating the information and maintaining theinformation. It also facilitates the circulation of the users’ operation and saves their timeto manage the personnel information. The system reduces the IT enterprise’s personnelinformation management costs and improves management efficiency of the enterprisepersonnel information.The subject is based on the idea of software engineering. We make analysis ofbasic functions of the present IT enterprise personnel information management system,and propose an IT enterprise personnel management system solution for DongyingDistrict. Through needs analysis, feasibility analysis, outline design, detailed design,system implementation and system testing, we realize the management system’s basicfunctions. The system’s basic functions include managing the information of the staff, managing the information of the staff’s salary, managing the information of the staff’sattendance, managing the information of the staff’s training, managing the informationof the personnel changes and so on. The main idea of this subject is the life-cycle idea insoftware engineering. The main computer technology we use in this subject includes theJ2EE technology based on Java technology, database technology based on SQLServer,rich client technology based on Flex, other computer information management systemtechnology and so on.The subject is based on the IT enterprise of Donying District. The system canprovide managing the information of the staff function, managing the information of thestaff’s salary function, managing the information of the staff’s attendance function,managing the information of the staff’s training function and managing the informationof the personnel changes function.
