| With the rapid development of social economy, many problems appeared in the food industry. The food enterprise should not only strictly control the food supply of raw materials,the production environment,the production process, the packing, the sales and so on,and but also make the systematic training of the related staffs in the food companies. While, limited by region and time, the existing food safety training mode increasingly cannot meet current demands on trainings. In today’s high-speed development of the Internet, multimedia and computer network technology can make the education and teaching to across time and space limit, and limited training resources can be fully used, improved training management efficiency, reduce the training costs. Therefore, use the new technology of network and multimedia to build online food safety training examination system based on network has become a necessary choice.With reference to many network teaching systems, this paper aims to design a training and examination system based on PHP programs. The system supports every link of enterprise training examination, including online learning resources, online course selection, online training, examination, evaluation of learning process, learning survey assessment and other comprehensive services. Firstly, this paper makes a comparatively analysis to the function of the five teaching platforms, it is concluded that the examination system and the design direction of function module. Secondly, this paper introduces the development environment, tools and frameworks used in the development of this system. Once again, according to the demand analysis, this paper determines what the function module of the system should have, and make the detailed implementation process to the various modules principle, design idea and realization in the system. Finally, the functional and performance of the system was tested, verified the practicability and feasibility of the system. |
