Personalized Training Examination Site Online Examination System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of economy in our country, in order to adapt to the fierce market competition, from all walks of life are accelerating reforms.Market-oriented reform brings the broad prospects and the huge challenge for the electric power enterprise. Face of challenge, how to grasp the core of the market competition, human resources, is the key in the fierce competition. Under the existing system of power supply enterprises, the ability of recruiting is limited, so strengthen the business skills and overall quality of staff training evaluation is an important means to improve the quality of human resources[1].With the rapid development of modern information technology, online training and examination system has been widely used in many fields. Conside the particularity of the industry, power supply enterprises’ online training and examination system should be different from other industry or business. Therefore, to adapt to the new situation and our field, the research and development of differentiation online training appraisal system is very important.Based on the careful analysis of the power supply enterprise training-examination requirement,this article designed a tailored online training-examination system. The System structure adopts B/S mode(client, server, database) and selected "Apache + PHP+ MySQL" stucture to develop the software.Aim at the characteristics of the power supply enterprise like fine classification, complex type of work,complicated knowledge classification, this paper designed the login user registration module, the online training-examination module, question bank management module,etc. In the question management module,this article designed a new method(SVM) to evaluate the exam questions,it improved the efficiency and quality of the question management module.Finally this paper compared and analyzed several kinds of common algorithms, and designed a test paper composited algorithm based on SVM and PSO.The simulation results show that the algorithm designed by this article has lots of advantages such as high quality of test paper, high efficiency and quality of the test paper, etc.
