Under the new media environment, more and more new media means have changed the information receiving habits and the information receiving modes of the audience, The mass’ from the original reading to the present micro letter, Micro-blog; From receiving information unilaterally to both sides interaction; form fixed the time and the place waiting for a special information to everywhere and every-time freely attract the news what we want to know.New media have had a tremendous impact on the way of information dissemination from traditional, for real estate advertising communication development also has deep effect.In this paper, we will talk about what have the real estate advertising industry changed in media and how to solve the problems we still face, Feel the opportunities and challenges that new media environment has brought, and find out that the new media communication of the real estate advertising where to go and what to be.The first part of the article is direct into the title,The present situation of the real estate advertising in new media communication. Mainly includes three aspects, The first part is the audience of real estate advertising, the second is channels’ increase in new media communication,and the third part is talking about the tendency of real estate advertising copy writing content. This part we will analysis the new media communication of the real estate advertising from the communication audience communication channels and communication content.Wildly using of the new media channels to the real estate advertising has brought a lot of convenience.but it also brings many new problems.The second part is focus on the existence problems of the the real estate advertising communication in new medias, including the channels’ using, the choice of the concern and the communication and so on.Lastly according to the problems,Put forward specific absolution suggestion, and discuss direction of the development and prospects of the real estate advertising in the future.
