State-owned Assets Supervision information technology is one of the key state strategies in 2006-2020. Currently, the national information construction of SAC is still in its infancy, and there is still some gap from the targets of "processive supervison, informative process, and efficient information". The research of SAS information system has a certain practical value and significance.Based on the specific sample of the SASAC of City A, this thesis will analyse the problems of existing data acquisition system of state-owned assets. And it will prove the necessity to use ORM frameworks and its caching mechanism, from the perspective of portability, maintainability, and system fuctions etc.After the summary and comparision of the advantages and disadvantages of different data cache solutions, the thesis defines the system selection model based on NHibernate and MongoDB. That is to say, it will add a distributed file storage non-relational database MongoDB, based on the data persistence layer of original system architecture. By the NHibernate’s level two cache model interfaces, it is to reach the target of the larger data cache and the higher concurrent reads, at a lower cost and in a shorter time.This thesis makes a detailed analysis and design, focusing on the data model mapping program, data access method and secondary level cache. Finally, the paper makes the summary and outlook of system performance, characteristics, and further work.
