The Research And Implementation Of State-owned Assets Supervision By Informatization Means

This paper will conduct an intensive investigation into the current situation and existing problems of Tianjin state-owned assets supervision and will make an international comparison with other ways of state-owned assets supervision, by linking theory to practice based on practical work. So as to construct an information platform which will take Tianjin's SASAC functions as the starting point.This paper will focus on how to realize the efficient supervision and how to ensure state-owned assets to be maintained and increased in value through constructing an information supervision platform. A comprehensive redesign is offered for the information platform of supervision aiming at optimizing management process and improving supervision level by studying service features of Tianjin SASAC. By through a comprehensive research planning, analysis and designing,with realization advancing, The paper will focus on realizing the efficient supervision and ensuring state-owned assets to be maintained and increased in value through constructing an information supervision platform.in order to realize of management process optimization and enhance the level of supervision.
