State-Owned Assets Supervision System-Financial Express Subsystem Design And Implementation

As a trend of social development,informatization has not only gained popularity in areas such as social development,but also played an active role in the national economy and people's livelihood.As the country's economic strength continues to increase,state-owned assets are constantly changing.The problems such as incomplete asset supervision and management,untimely reporting of financial data,and non-sharing of data have gradually emerged.Therefore,in this context,through the means of information technology,developing the enterprise financial report information system in the supervision of state-owned assets,establishing and improving the enterprise financial report work system,strengthening the enterprise financial supervision,realizing the audit and confirmation of financial report is an important part of the enterprises' financial status information statistics work,and it is also an important means for investors to timely understand and grasp the operation of state-owned enterprises.It is of great significance for the improvement of the national overall economic efficiency.In order to manage state-owned assets comprehensively,scientifically and reasonably,the system is constructed by B/S mode,the front end adopts Bootstrap framework,and the back end uses Spring MVC+Hibernate framework technology to develop the system.The main purpose of this system is to realize the online filling-in of the supervision business of enterprise financial express and the processing of the related supervision business of state-owned assets,as well as the corresponding data statistical analysis.The thesis takes the project developing process as the main body,the main tasks are as follows:(1)Based on the background of the state-owned assets supervision and management system,through the means and process of demand investigation and analysis,the current state-owned assets supervision status and business aspects are studied and sorted out.It integrates the supervision policies of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the needs of system users,sorts out the financial express business needs,divides the functional modules of the financial bulletin subsystem.(2)UML unified modeling language is used to define the user role function of the system and design the main modules.Integration uses the Fanruan report and the PageOffice tools to complete the visualization of the chart and the generation of the financial report so that development and testing of the system function can be completed finally.(3)According to the current status of business operation and the actual situation of a few years ago,the net profit data is predicted.Based on the manager's development strategy,the gray prediction model of financial express is established,and the financial income of the enterprise is analyzed and predicted to help decision makers understand the economic operation of the enterprise,to predict the development trend of the future net profit of the enterprise,and to provide data support for management decision-making,and provide suggestions for the establishment and adjustment of enterprise development and financial management policy system.With the completion and use of the subsystem of financial express,the financial report of enterprises can be confirmed and reported in time,which makes the infrastructure of state-owned assets supervision more comprehensive.At the same time,it improves the means of supervision of enterprises,which is of great practical significance for promoting the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.
