The Research Of Citizen Positive Emotions Experience In Micro-blogging Public Opinion Field

With the development of Internet technology, the new media emerge in one after another, change the traditional forms of communication.The new media,such as microbl ogging,change the way that people deal with social issues, it is more and more free f or citizens to express opinions of public affairs.The characteristics of the privacy and publicity of microblogging leads to the random of the citizens.They can both take partin the social affairs and express their own emotion at the same time.So there exists massive emotional experience in the microblogging public opinion field,including both the positive and the nagative.Now our country is stepping into the critical time of comprehensive deepening re formation.The society is during the transition period,so the paradox is obvious.The ne w media such as microblogging is playing the role of the punching bag in the publicopinion.In some social affairs,it becomes the location for the citizens to express theirnagative emotion.The nagative emotion from the citizens will break the public opinio n field enviroment,make the public opinion lose controll and bring about bad influence to the development of the affairs.The managers try to use the way of“blocking up”tomanage and controll the public opinion.But unfortunately,it leads to the trend that it i s more difficult to controll the public opinion.It has always been the focus that the academics studied that how to lead the pub lic opinion to the right path.The way of “negative against negative”is not the proper s olution to the problem. In social events,the citizen’s emotion experience are not only f ling abuse,but also many replies of positive energy. The advises are needed by the de cision-makers that how to make the positive mood and emotion to lead the public opi nion,produce positive energy,take the dominant position,construct a harmonious public o pinion environment and build a more harmonious society.The emergence of positive ps ychology has provided us with a new perspective to study.This paper is based on the background of emergence of positive psychology,Chin a’s society transformation,and the development of the new media like microblogging. And this paper selected the public opinion filed of mircoblogging during Ya’an’s earth quake as the object of study and adopt literature analysis system analysis and online c ontext analysis. According to the revelent context of the Xinlang microblogging after t he earthquake,we can get that the positive emotion experience “hope”,“appreciation”,“e ncouragement”,“love”and so on.By the extension and the dispel function of the positiv e emotion from the citizens,we can analyse that how the positive emotion experience l eads the the public opinion field into the good circulation and finally has the positive influence on the earthquake assistance.The purpose of this paper is to make people pay attention to the influence broug ht by the positive emotion experience in the public opinion filed of microblogging,exp loit the inner positive strength of the citizens.In the heart of every citizen there exisitspositive personality trait,and it can add to the positive emotion experience of the citi zens.Therefore,training positive personality traits can motivate the inner positive strengt h of the citizens,accelerate the addition of the positive emotion experience,produce mor e great social behavior,initiate social positive energy,lead the whole public opinion fie ld into the good circulation and accelerate the social harmonious development.
