Research On The Supply Mechanism Of Public Information Service In Our Country

Public information service will be key to change economic growth patterns, to promote the informationazation, to improve the government functions and to improve the quality of people in life. With the deepening of China’s information construction, and the rising of information technology degree, the demand for municipal information service has entered a rapid growth period. However, current level of public information services in our country cannot satisfy the growing public demand for information services. The current reform of the system of public information services is still significantly lags behind social and economic development. Therefore, an urgent need to create a comprehensive public information service delivery mechanisms to protect the entire service delivery process smoothly.In this paper, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and focusing on collecting, organize and induction documents. Using Knowledge Mapping analysis software —Cite Space to analyze the research status of supply mechanism of public information services at home and abroad. Based on the summary and analysis of supply mechanism status and characteristics made by Europe and the United States, the paper gets the experience which could be applied in our country. Besides, this paper analyzes the supply mechanism status and problems in China and believe that our public information service supply mechanism has the authority, flexibility, welfare, convenience and other characteristics. But there are still have several defects of lack of effective demand expression mechanism, inefficient decision-making mechanism, lack of a stable guarantee mechanism, lack of standardized access to use the mechanism and an effective monitoring mechanism. After then, the paper bases on systematic mechanism thought, from the user perspective, putting forward suitable for China’s public information service delivery mechanism. Content of public information service delivery mechanism includes demanding perfect expression mechanism, a scientific and open decision-making mechanism, setting up to protect long-term mechanism specification for the use of the mechanism, supervision mechanism innovation.
