The Research And Design Of Enterprise CRM System Basis On Assistant Decision-making And J2EE Architecture

In most hi-computerized developed countries, there are whole, scientific systems of real-time cost-accounting, especially a perfect system of guide software about analyzing and running in customer relationship management (CRM). It's urgently required in Chinese medicine industry to research, design and develop an economically assistant analyzing CRM system of decision-making, owning wholly native copyrights.The master's thesis focuses on providing valid data for the CRM system of a whole medicine enterprise, basing on research of many decision-making methods, through real-timely collecting and analyzing the data from the whole managing process in this enterprise, so as to operating efficient control, keeping the old clients and attracting the new.As the CRM system functions only by network, author adopted the J2EE technic to frame the network of B/S mode, and the widely-applied distributed disposing mode-Middleware, to decision-make and analyze. During its realization, the system needs to establish a general isomerous distributed platform, which founded on objectified distributed middleware, Java-EJB mode, for realizing the OO prototype system. The system offered the description of objects' inheriting relationship and leading one. The modules' being put into use validated the methods brought in this thesis.During putting the systematic software project into practice, Author used the OO language UML to analyzing and designing. In our 'The Economical Assistant Analyzing System of Medicine Enterprise Group ', there are both the design of decision-making and the design of the system-framing. The system provides the medicine enterprise's managers with intelligentized function of analyzing the decision-making. It, on the basis of enterprise's basic data, constructs data-analyzing base, tails the status of stock, sale and customer management module, accomplishes distributed disposal of every flow in WEB.The system uses Data Warehouse function of Oracle9i and kinds of Data Mining technology when managers make decision. Using algorithms of Decision-tree, we can analyze customer loss, customer value, sales promotion and other modules, for the purpose of Assistant Decision-making.
