Design And Implementation Of SRCB Business Decision Support Management System

This paper discusses the software design and implementation of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank(SRCB)’s business decision support management system which is built based on basic operations business platforms. The developing target of this system is to provide highly efficient and convenient comprehensive decision support for the management team, including business decision support in daily operation management and long-term risk management support function.First, the paper concludes related theoretical and technical foundation of financial informatization. In this thesis, it mainly discusses some typical functions of this business decision support management system, including business running index calculating and analysis function and business risk management function. In one hand, these functions use daily business operation processing functions as their bases to exact data and do analysis. In the other hand, they also reflect basic operations’ overall situation and asset conditions through many management level indexes such as profit index, risk index and market index, etc. Through quantitative analysis, it can build an integrated business image for decision makers. It focuses on discussing the system’s software design. First, it describes the software design scenario and architecture parts. Then, it focuses on discussing index calculating /analysis modules, risk analysis module and database design, and it gives typical scenario examples as well. In chapter 4, it discusses some typical programming methods, gives main programming codes and output examples and test trial of the software.This risk management system has been put into use. It has good effect for the bank’s business risk management which former risk management methods could not have.
