Sensor assumes the function which are the front measurement of real-time information of smart grid client and directly accessing to monitoring information. In a sense, the development of sensor technology has largely determined to the level of smart grid development. Its stable and reliable operation is a prerequisite and the fundamental guarantee for making intelligent grid security. Due to the sensor response lacks of capacity caused by power lines failure or even personal safety accidents are common. Sensor response frequency detection equipment research and development are taken seriously. But up to now the sensor response frequency detection device especially over 10000 HZ high frequency sensor detection instruments and equipment are less. And existing equipment reliability, stability is poor. For its strong vibration, dynamic imbalance outstanding problems what is very few people involved in research. So based on this, the main study,For the actually working conditions of detection system turntable system actually working conditions, by Lagrange differential equation, it established a dynamics mathematical model of the upright under elastic support cantilever turntable-bearing system. It solved the theoretical value of the critical speed dial system and analyze the impact of different factors on the theoretical critical speed dial. It done modal analysis based on ANSYS finite element analysis software for testing platform carousel system. It computed the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the turntable system under certain operating conditions and solving the critical speed. Analysis turntable system rated operating speed, bearing stiffness, thickness turntable, turntable bearing span impact on the natural frequency and critical speed. At the same time it choiced three unique fixed point, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the effect of different numbers of teeth turntable, different speed and bearing stiffness on three amplitude-frequency characteristics, then comparative analysis of the impact of various factors on the turntable system amplitude-frequency characteristics. While the carousel system has been optimized verified.The results show that, under certain conditions, the value of the critical speed turntable with increased bearing stiffness from multiple increases. Turntable system with the natural frequency of the rated operating speed, bearing stiffness increases. In the natural frequency is obtained, the first two natural frequencies can be used as an effective frequency, dial operating speed are more than first-order critical speed, but not more than second-order critical speed. When the rated operating speed is 1000 r / min, the rotary speed can not exceed the first critical speed. Different number of teeth impact on seriously the wheel vibration turntable, especially pure disc system, within a narrow frequency band, obtained before and after the two maximum amplitude, and therefore should be avoided. Meanwhile, in the frequency range 0-100 Hz, turntable generally near the first critical speed for maximum amplitude, frequency range of 15Hz-20 Hz, corresponding to the critical speed of 900 r / min-1200 r / min, and then after a sharp decline in the amplitude of the turntable tends steady change.when the turntable run to the first critical speed, it should pay special attention to the turntable vibration, frequency curve can be optimized based on the turntable structure and amplitude vibration mode dial.
