| The northern winter heating mode is the center heating mode in the cell as a unit village for the stable operation of the heat exchange station is the precondition of heating quality.In this paper, the heat exchange station monitoring system is designed to monitor the operation of the heating system in real time. This paper studies how the predictive control is applied on the heat exchange station control system at the same time.The successful application of predictive control will contribute to improving the efficiency of the heat exchange station.(1) This paper design the overall of the heat exchange station monitoring system, including the heat exchange station monitoring center system, the heat exchange station automatic control system and the district heat meter remote system. The heat exchange station monitoring center system gives a friendly man-machine interface, also realize remote operation part. The heat exchange station automatic control system realizes the automatic control of heat transfer station on-site electrical equipment automatic control. The district heat meter transmission system can transfer heat meter data to the monitoring center server.(2) Through the research on the strategy of temperature control on the heat exchange station, this paper proposes the forecast method of Grey Markov forecasting model based on the temperature. The modeling process is introduced and the simulation results are presented.(3) This paper uses the general configuration software Kingview as a tool to design the heat exchange station monitoring system, and the comprehensive monitoring of the heating system is realized.According to the change of station monitoring system designed in this paper.I t can be effective.safe and stable to provide users quality service in the heating.Th e heat exchange station monitoring system has been running in some heating ente rprises,.It is proved to run in good condition currently,and can achieve the goal of system design. |
