And it points out that the construction of information platform based on communication and information technology should be actively promoted, which also points out the direction for family pension information construction.Home care information technology means that company’s business is going to be controlled by management information system, so that to avoid delays caused by human factors, to have a good supervision of the entire work progress, and to standardize staff behavior management system. As a result, management system can truly play its role. Strengthen the management of employee information, such as, information on the training of the post, the service status, service experience. This kind of unified management system can quickly make adjustments to the work arrangements of the service personnel, and make a timely manner docking to customer information to avoid or reduce some unreasonable phenomena, like, staff scheduling missing, repeated arrangements,which greatly improves the efficiency of the service, and also improves customer trust in the company.For the person in charge, home care information technology is very necessary means to manage enterprise scientifically. More reliable data can be accumulated by Enterprise information which provides more reliable decision support for the responsible persons. Under the guidance of the theory and methods, the information system unifies each part of the process of the home care, to ensure that the management needs of pension institutions, and provides for the development of decision-making basis by integrated use of NET programming platform, distributed database, and cutting-edge computer network and the application of computer technology. Thus, the design of the system has the following characteristics.First, the function of the system is comprehensive and can cover the main functions of the home care. These functions include the basic information management which includes user management, log management, data management, and message management, customer management which includes customer data management, customer GIS map management, and Caller ID screen pops management, order management which includes orders generated audit, distributed acceptance, processing fees, joined the corporate management, which includes adding, modifying, deleting, and charging of joined company, seats, including seat state, recording and call history as well as statistical analysis, including affiliation analysis, customer data analysis and order status analysis.Secondly, the data of the system design is reasonable, and all kinds of information can be a query. Database system is designed according to various functional modules, including customer information and order information, joining business information as well as charge information.
