The Design And Implementation Of Jinan-year-old Man Subsidies Management System

In recent years, there are many elderly subsidy policies issued by Jinan Civil Administration Department, thus subsidy management is increasingly heavy, and it is imperative to implement information management for subsidy. The present era is the era of rapid development of information technology, various work processes in all walks of life are inseparable from information processing, so the computer has also been widely used in information management. Using a computer for the elderly subsidy management for Jinan City can not only improve work efficiency, and can greatly ensure the security of the system data.The system uses MVC software development framework, SSH framework, based on J2EE technology. The framework can greatly reduce the difficulty of J2EE program development and improve the staff’s development efficiency. The system developed by SSH framework can be divided into four layers according to the responsibilities, the presentation layer, the business logic layer, the data persistence layer and domain module layer, which the four layers can help developers write the Web application program with clear structure and strong reusability which is easy to maintain in a relatively short time. Among them, Struts framework is responsible for the separation of MVC, and as the overall infrastructure of the system, Struts framework provides a rich tag library as well as many cases for reference, thus improving work efficiency; as for the model section of Struts framework, Hibernate framework is used to support the persistence layer, Spring is used to support the business layer, Hibernate framework is greatly expanding the scale of the database manipulation, allowing developers to put more focus on the business logic layer during system development, Spring framework provides a unified framework for data access, and achieve the seamlessly integration of the existing architectures and the various servers. For the system database design,the back-end database is Microsoft SQL Server 2008, completing all functions of the system with the compatibility with Windows operating system.The elderly subsidy management for Jinan City is mainly designed and developed for the elderly subsidy work for Jinan City, the main users of the system include the staff of government departments and benefit subsidy users, the staff of government departments need to work through the system to achieve the management of subsidy work and the issue of policy documents, and benefit subsidy users want to query the government policy of the elderly subsidy through the system. In order to meet the functional requirements of these two types of users, the system implements five functions and their sub-functions, workflow management, special funds management, policy documents management, query statistics, basic data maintenance, and this paper mainly introduce system requirements elicitation and analysis, detailed system design and system implementation of these five functions in detail.With rigorous design and development, the system can have extreme superperformance, solving the problem of the elderly subsidy management work in Jinan City with the best state. After the integration of the system is completed and being put into operation, the system will well meet the functional requirements of different users, thus saving a lot of manpower and material resources for the government.
