In introducing the concepts of local archives and regulations after the analysis of the current status of archives and regulations start in Anhui Province. I recommend from four aspects, namely to explore the cost-effectiveness analysis of archives legislation, the importance of archives agency legislation and regulations to establish an electronic document has the characteristics of Anhui, set professional accreditation bodies archives into legislation。 Anhui Province as an economically underdeveloped areas should actively explore the cost-legislative solutions. While it has been more cost-effective for the economy, but the government also can refer to, because the ultimate goal is to improve the effectiveness of the work under the premise of reasonable economic cost control.
