With the development of the times, the business management of agricultural enterprises increasingly complex, requiring the integration platform. We use Java as the implementation language, Eclipse as the operating environment, MySQL as the database to achieve the rural power enterprise business management integration platform. This platform includes work areas, systems management, business management, organization management, information dissemination, OA management, index management, portal monitoring and information dissemination functions.Paper introduces the research background and research status of rural power enterprise integration platform. Information technology support for the daily work of the power system more in-depth, user information needs for higher and higher, rural power enterprise integration platform to accelerate the work of the group’s rural power operation, intensive development, refinement management and standardization of construction.We conducted a needs analysis, including an overview of the system requirements, the system to solve problems and system functional requirements and system non-functional requirements. Which needs overview, we analyze the business models and business processes to determine the function of the system, including workspace management, systems management, business management, organization management, information dissemination, OA management, index management, portal monitoring, process management. Part of the system functional requirements detailed explanation of the specific function of each management. System non-functional requirements section describes the interface requirements, hardware and software environment, and quality requirements.Subsequently, we carried out the overall design. The overall design including system technical architecture, system functional architecture, system features, development model and permission to operate. The overall system architecture is divided into five levels, from top to bottom are the presentation layer, business logic, basic component layer, data access layer, data layer. Which system features include application integration, data integration, aided analysis, corporate portals, platform management and additional features. Development model using MVC model, including views, models and controllers.After that, we conducted a detailed design of the system. We conducted a systematic modeling, database design and functional design. Database design includes table design principles, selection keys and indexes and data integrity design. Functional design into a work area management module, management module, institutional management module, information dissemination module, index management module, portal monitoring module and process management module.Subsequently, we performed a system implementation. We conducted a language and platform of choice, choose Java as the implementation language, Eclipse as the operating environment, MySQL as the database. We then encoded, showing the implementation of each part of the interface. System implementation process in strict accordance with the software engineering specifications, from the most basic program code, object-oriented principles to observe, to follow the implementation of development RUP development process, the final level to meet the strategic needs of the organization as a whole. Meanwhile, in strict accordance with the software engineering development process construction of rural power integration platform, has enough adequate documentation and technical information, you can easily do in the future system improvement and evolution.Finally, system testing and performance analysis, including system test environment, test procedures and test results.
