Electric power industry is the basic industry of the national economy, stable and rapid development of the power industry has played a key role in the development of the national economy. With the development of economic construction, electricity demand continues to increase, the size of the distribution network is constantly expanding, and distribution equipment is also increasing. Users of the power supply reliability, power quality is improving, result in scheduling management of complexity is increasing. Through technical means to improve the distribution network information system, optimize the existing distribution network scheduling management model to improve the distribution network scheduling error prevention operation level, is an important strategic national grid during the 12th Five Year Plan Period, is an important part of intelligent grid. Objective of this study is to achieve distribution management, information technology, processes, improve distribution network management efficiency, provide technical support for the research and development of distribution automation management systems, design and implementation of a distribution automation master station system.Firstly, on the basis of discussions master distribution network automation system project background and distribution network characteristics, analyzes the functional requirements of the system and non-functional requirements, and system requirements in the form of a flow chart and use case diagram to detail.Secondly, based on the needs analysis, we conducted a master distribution automation system architecture design. According to the system demand system design objectives and principles, respectively on the system architecture and function architecture design. Technical architecture major consideration system scalability, maintainability and performance issues, so using the principle of hierarchical design and function of each layer was analyzed. In the functional architecture design, discussed the functions of each part system components, and finally gives the logical structure of a system.Thirdly, the detailed design of the master distribution automation system. This part of the application in accordance with SCADA functionality and advanced capabilities to design the system, and the design of each module are described. SCADA functionality for pre-service and real-time part of the service carried out a detailed design specification. In order to more fully understand the function of troubleshooting master distribution automation system design, for example introduces the principle of feeder automation functions. On the soft bus middleware system were designed in detail. In the main module of the system carried out a detailed design, the removal of the CIM model of the system database design examples.Fourthly, On the basis of the detailed design of the feeder automation interface implementation section are described. The operation of the database system used in plug-in technology has been described and explained. A simple analysis of the system test, and the test environment and test content gives a detailed analysis.Finally, on the application of distribution automation master system briefly introduced, and made recommendations to further improve the system.In summary, our analysis of business requirements and related technology on the design and implementation of distribution automation master system.
