The quality of people's power requirements are constantly improving with the social development. The existence of traditional distribution network management model backward, low level of power features, has been unable to meet the current power development. As the country's important economic sectors of electricity, power affect the country's economic and social benefits. To this end, construction of power grids of cities are developing, distribution automation information management system to solve the country's economic construction and people's living needs of the effective methods which to ensure that users have access to safe, economic and quality power. With the continued growth of the network size and the constant abundance of the variety of applications from 1990s, the value and importance of the Internet highlight further, computer access to the network application stage, showing a widespread trend. However, complexity and diversity of all kinds of Web application system lead to an endless stream of vulnerability; frequent outbreak of various computer viruses and day-to-day attacks by hacker cause the site security events with tampering followed. Web applications face to face more serious security threat, how to safeguard the site security become an important research in the field of information security.So according to the distribution automation information management system to meet the higher demands of automatically production of modern industry, distribution automation information management system is designed and implemented in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1) Download, configuration and installation of serial communication developing jar named javax.comm.jar are introduced. The interfaces and classes obtained in javax.comm.jar are analyzed in detail. Then combined with the special characteristics of serial communication in Web, a new kind of serial communication mechanism is designed and implemented.(2) Proposed system protection and security solutions to achieve them. Network security isolation device using software and hardware combined with the security measures used on the hardware structure of two-machine communication devices through the refuge to achieve physical isolation; in software, using access control, document security technology. Ensure transparency in the network, while achieving the isolation of illegal information. Through experimental tests, based on the file system filter driver file security protection technology has the ability to respond quickly and efficient processing.(3) Limited supply distribution system in the Dali architecture, based on further distribution automation system design, through detailed analysis of distribution automation needs, using J2EE framework, including the distribution network to achieve data acquisition, data distribution network management, load control management, and user reports automation, alarm processing sub-module of the five distribution automation information system.
