Printed electronic technology is based on the principle of printing electronic technology.Specifically,the use of traditional and new printing technology for the manufacture of electronic devices and systems science and technology.At present,the printed electronic technology tends to the large area,thinning,flexible,transparent flexible printed electronic technology direction.The main feature of flexible printed electronic technology is the flexibility of the substrate material,which allows direct fabrication of electronic devices on a flexible substrate by printing.Laboratory to develop a roll-to-roll flexible printed electronic test bed,printing substrate for PET and paper and other flexible materials.Therefore,in this paper,based on the existing laboratory of flexible printed electronic test stand,using TRIZ flow analysis of the problem model for printed electronic test stand in the production of printed electronic products to analyze the problems that exist,to explore the causes of the problem,And using TRIZ theory to improve the design of printed electronic test stand to solve the problem of the test stand in the printing process.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Establish a model of analytical problems based on TRIZ flow analysis.(2)Using the analytical model of TRIZ flow analysis on the printed electronic test stand to identify the problem area is the printing unit,and for the gravure offset printing unit of the printing unit for secondary flow analysis,which analyzes the impact of printing line magnification Factors,and identify the factors / attributes of the factors.(3)Using the solution tool in TRIZ theory to improve the blanket cylinder in the gravure offset printing system,reducing the printing magnification and improving the existing problems in the printed electronic test stand.(4)Conduct orthogonal test of printed conductive lines to explore the comprehensive impact of various factors on the reproducibility and electricalconductivity of printed lines.
